Quick answers
At every Spanish airport the official taxi rank is directly outside the arrivals hall, marked with a TAXI sign. Taxis queue in order and you take the first one. If you have sent a request in the app, the driver who accepted will tell you where to meet; airports usually have a short-stay pickup area next to the rank.
Most municipal tariffs add a fixed supplement to rides that start or end at the airport, typically between €4 and €6 depending on the city. It is part of the official tariff, appears on the meter and is already included in the estimate the app shows you.
You pay the driver directly in the taxi, in cash or by card where the driver offers it. amigo taxi app charges no commission or booking fee and never processes the fare. The amount is the one on the taximeter or the official fixed fare where one applies. Ask for a receipt if you need one.
Acceptance depends on how many licensed taxis are online near you. If nobody accepts within a few minutes, resend the request or, at the airport, walk to the official taxi rank outside arrivals. Late at night and in small resort towns it can take longer; sending the request a few minutes before you need the taxi helps.
